Beginner Cross: the white-edge plus

Goal: four white edges on the bottom, each matching its side center. This is a learning Cross, not a ≤8-move solver — that lives in the CFOP Cross guide.

1. Why Cross first?

The Cross locks the four bottom edges so first-layer corners have a clear slot. On the Beginner path you finish Cross before the sexy move. Do not insert corners while white edges are still wrong.

2. Practice in the app

The Learn Cross lesson lets you turn the 3D cube; you can also type or photo the 6 faces from a physical cube. When that feels easy, open the Cross tab for optimal suggestions on a WCA scramble.
